Most of our samples are paid rather than free, and here is the reasoning: a real sample costs real material, labor, and shipping, and a paid sample policy also filters for buyers who are seriously evaluating a project rather than collecting free parts from multiple factories.

How the Sample Policy Works

Samples are paid, and in most cases the sample cost is refundable against your bulk order once confirmed — meaning the sample effectively costs nothing if you proceed with production. This lets you verify IP rating, color temperature, beam angle, and build quality firsthand before committing to a container order.

Sample Lead Time

For existing molds, sample lead time is usually 5 to 10 working days. Fully custom samples (new mold or structure) take longer and will be quoted individually depending on complexity.
